    This is a Vintage Sterling Silver Gold Vermeil Rhinestone Crown Brooch and Screw Back Earrings Set Signed Sterling on the back. The set is of high quality and in perfect condition. The earrings are also signed sterling on the lower back at the base and thumbscrew. There are no issues. The brooch measures 2 inches wide and 1 7/8 inches tall while the earrings measure 3/4 inch tall. The rhinestones are dark teal, sapphire blue and amber in color with a clear rhinestone base.  For reference, please see Unsigned Beauties of Costume Jewelry by Marcia Brown page 54. Dating to C1940s and of high quality.
