This is a Vintage CRYSTALATE Boxed Pool Ball Set & Wood Rack & Brush & Box of Chalk.
This set is an estate item purchased quite a number of years ago in the Seattle area.
Also at the time of the original listing, we are in the process of listing a large number of antique and vintage items purchased in England.  These items are an eclectic mix including gold and sterling jewelry, and many unique, and in some cases, one of a kind items, in wood, brass, and iron, and other materials as well.

***PLEASE NOTE:  I was not able to get much information on these balls.  As found there is a Aramith Belgian ball label, but the box is marked "MADE IN ENGLAND BILLIARD BALL SUPPLY CO. LTD., CHESHIRE, ENGLAND.  The information on the back of the Aramith label can be read in a photo in the lower photo group below this description.  I have no idea as to which of these, if either, is the maker of these balls, nor do I know their relative quality.  They are being offered as found / as seen / as described with no attribution being made as to maker or age.  Condition information is given below and also shown in one of the photos.
The rack has a maker's mark of a four leaf clover with inscribed M wood burned into the side panel as seen.  The brush has no maker's mark.  It is 10 1/2" long.  The chalk is SILVER CUP Brand Billiard Chalk, made in USA by Silver Cup Chalk, Inc., Macon Georgia.  The box originally held 12 chalk cubes.  The color is "wine" (hand written in ink on the box top).  As found 11 of the 12 cubes are in the box in mint / unused condition.  There are two plastic chalk holders.  One has what appears to be the 12th cube showing very little use.  The other holder has a cube that has been fully used.
Condition:
Balls
Many of the balls have rub marks, many of which appear to be the color of the chalk.  I did not make any attempt to remove them.  About have of the balls have one or more small nicks.  All but a few of these can be seen on one of the photos in the lower photo group.  There are a pair of closeup photos of the balls.  Both of these are the exact same photo.  The upper one will allow up view the balls to make your own assessment.  The lower one has arrows draw to each of the nicks that is visible on the top half of the ball.  There are a couple of other nicks on the 3 and the 5 and perhaps one or two others that are not show.  The largest of these is about the size of the one seen on the five.  The others are smaller.
Rack
The rack is in excellent condition.  After I took the photo, I noticed that one of the screws was slightly look leaving a gap in the joint.  I tightened the screw to correct this minor issue.
Brush
The brush is in excellent condition
Chalk
Eleven chalk cubes are in mint condition (refer to the other information above as well regarding the chalk).
Pool Ball Box
As found there are some rub and scuff marks on the box including some missing paper where it appears there may have once been a price sticker.  It was missing when I purchased the balls.  The are some white circular marks on the box top that may or may not be paint overspray.
