These are the original Luverne Lowering Links. We designed, manufactured and updated these links inhouse in the USA. They are still the best lowering link for your Kawasaki Voyager or Nomad. We developed and tested this current design spending many months and hours of trial and error to ensure safe use for the lifetime of your Voyager or Nomad.
Other Kawasaki VN 1700 lowering links you may find are a ripoff of our design but they are not exact copies. We use a half "puck" design that is much stronger. They even copied our installation instructions which they've since reworded so as not to be so obvious. We sold the first version of our design in 2013. Our "competition" or copies only came out last year.

Lower your Kawasaki VN 1700 Voyager or Nomad seat height.
Installation of our link lowers your seat height 3/4". This may not sound like much but makes a HUGE difference in feel. Dropping a 16" wide seat even a small amount makes a big difference.
Most customers report that this feels more like 1 1/2 to 2" drop.
Easy bolt on installation. Everything needed to bolt on including detailed instructions is included.
Our Voyager or Nomad lowering links are a simple bolt-on. However the Saddlebag supports require modification to accept the altered rear shock angle. Detailed diagram and instructions to perform this modification are included.

Retain your plush stock air shocks. All shock adjustments Remain fully functional.
With a 30" inseam this modification plants your feet firmly on the ground.
