very rare
Original PANArt 1st generation Hang (hang drum)
It's almost 20 years old and sounds great! It was re tuned recently, it is a a general great condition.
As you may know the Hang created a culture of Hand pan festivals, communities and a lot of great music with a fresh sound.
This Hang is a part of history and a part of an amazing wave of a new musical genre and culture and has many fans around the world.
For years only one company manufactured this kind of instruments and this hang is made by that company.
Buying this Hang is buying a piece of history, the company stopped making them some years ago and it's very hard to find an original instrument for sale, there are now around 200 people around the world making similar instruments inspired by this concept but this Hang is one of the 1st generation models that later created a high demand for this type of instruments.
This phrigian scale in E with a base of A is not listed as a sound model the company offered regularly and was custom made by the makers, which makes this Hang even more rare.
It comes with a soft bag in (also rare) Black color.
This Hang is probably one of very few if not the only one in this sound model.
