    This is usually the case when we mention to an in-person customer that this stock has a minor imperfection because that imperfection usually isn't significant at all.
    We are talking about 1-2 penned or machine-stamped numbers or marks usually outside the vignette, faint bleed through of a machine stamp from the back to the front, a couple of staple tears, a tiny split confined to the margin and/or 2-4 moderate folds or wrinkles. No long tears, stains, holes or other eyesores. Bright, clean and crisp. Just not quite "Gem" quality.
    On a currency grading scale, with Gem Crisp Uncirculated being perfect, this stock is approximately VF-XF which ain't half bad for such a
