    Dated 4/10/1895.
    The company was incorporated in New Jersey in 1895.
    Nice low numbered certificate, #30.
    The company appears to have built the Revolving Observation Towers on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City. The company built 2 towers at Massachusetts Ave. and New York Ave. The revolving tower rides rose slowly from the ground to 103 feet. Rides cost 10 cents. The towers opened the year the company was incorporated. A Raphael Tuck postcard depicts one of the towers.
    The certificate is signed by Charles D Cramp as President.  He was a member of the famous Philadelphia shipbuilding family of Cramp & Sons.
