Or is it an extremely Faded Billiard Ball?
I don't know - The more I look at this ball the more I see Very faded lines as if it is an extremely faded billiard ball.

up for auction that was purchased at an estate sale with this ball as well...
I don't know if it is Clay
Condition with normal crazing and a few minor dings, some chips and cracks.
