Set of Linear Rails and, according to options selected, Ballscrews for constructing a machine
capable of handling 4x8' (and slightly larger) sheet material.
HG20 20mm Linear Rail.  SFU2005 series (20mm) ballscrews for the longer axis and 1605 (16mm) ballscrews for
the shorter axis.  Each ballscrew includes a ball nut, end supports and an aluminum ball nut housing.
2 rails per axis.  Meaning if you order just the Y axis, you get 2 2650mm rails.  X+Y axes = 4 rails.
Optionally choose ballscrews for either or both axes.  We suggest 2 ballscrews for the longer axis.
Shorter axis rails are 1500mm length, longer are 2650.  2650mm = 104.3", which is the maximum length after allowing for packaging size that we can ship via standard UPS/FedEx.  Larger sizes are possible but we will need to arrange freight shipment.
2650x1500mm translates to 8.69 x 4.92 feet (this is plenty big enough to handle 4x8 material.

**We have several precut lengths, as well as 4-meter sections that we can cut to length for you.  Contact us for custom lengths.  Typically, anything for a machine capable of handling larger than 4x8 material requires freight shipment (more expensive).  We will create you a listing for your custom parts.  Anything cut to order is non-returnable.**
The plastic spacer inside the bearing block should be pushed out by the rail as you install it onto the rail; removing this spacer prior to installation on the rail can cause bearings to be lost.
We suggest that you wipe the rails down with mineral spirits to remove any protective rust-inhibiting coating before either mounting the rails or installing the bearings on the rails.
Includes green screw hole covers and one grease fitting per bearing block for lubrication.
Shipping is ground via either UPS or FedEx (these are too large for USPS).  We are happy to work with you on the shipping arrangements and will offer significant discounts for local pickup (these are not cheap to ship).
