Antique/Vintage Grey Wool Blanket w/ Blue Stripes at Ends. w/ Repairs, 74”x54”

Antique/Vintage Grey Wool Blanket with Navy Blue Stripes at 6.5” from Ends. Blanket has what appears to be more of a modern repair than an antique one. I’m not an expert on fabrics but it does look like acrylic to me.
But what’s strange is that I’d bet money on those repairs are from real bullet holes. If you fold the blanket in half they match up not quite exactly, with some slight disarrangement.
And that’s EXACTLY what I would expect from a real bullet hole. Most would think that they should match up exactly but that’s usually not how it works in real life. Unless the blanket is stretched perfectly over a board or something like that. See photos and use zoom.
The blanket measures about 74”x54” with the blue stripe being about 4” wide and it weighs 3lbs 3oz’s. The blanket is used with some stains and fraying on and about it. See photos and use zoom.
No tags or any other markings that can give a clue as to who made this and when??
