RETURN POLICY
Medusa Heli will accept returns with 14 days of delivery; all warranty claims for defective products will be serviced by their respective manufactures and distributors.
Merchandise is to be returned in new/unused condition with all original packaging and all applicable manuals and materials.
Product box must not be damaged or seals broken
. We are unable to process returns if parts and or manuals are missing.
All returns must be made with the same items in brand new condition, please e-mail us to obtain a return authorization number, merchandise cannot be processed without the proper RMA. All RMA numbers must be clearly marked and posted outside the box. RMS with CODs will not be accepted. In order to protect our customers from any suspicious fraudulent conditions, we may attempt to contact the buyer via- e-mail or phone call for verification information.
PAYMENT
We ask that you make full payment within 3 days from the product purchase date., products will not be shipped until payment has been received in full

Free shipping applies only to those living in the Continental United States only, Please note that Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not apply towards our free shipping polices.  All orders are shipped within one business day Monday thru Friday. Please note that we can only ship products to the address information listed within your personal EBay account.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International shipments are subject to customs, local taxes and possible brokerage fees, these charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you merchandise arrives with shipping damage, notify the carrier of the damage and have that person make a note of the damage in there log and do not except the package as is. Contact the shipping agent for further instructions. If for any reason your order is delayed via customs, please contact your local customs office with a copy of your internet invoice and tracking information to see if they can correct your problem and or situation, if needed give them our contact numbers. Please note and understand that MedusaHeli has no responsible for custom fees and or admin delays of any kind.
