Description
VERY NICE 2010 GMC Yukon XL 1500 SLT with *near-new tires and recent detail*219K miles
3 owner (I am third owner)
Priced at ,200 OBO. Priced at the high-end of "GOOD" according to Kelley Blue Book. I am open to reasonable offers.
Overview
Very clean and well-taken care of throughout its life. I have many maintenance and repair records going back to 2010. Second owner didn’t keep as good a record but I have also kept all of mine since January 2020.
Carfax report available to review in person. Clean. No issues.
Four new tires about 3K miles ago
Extensive Interior and Exterior Detail in Summer 2020 and Spring 2021
No known existing mechanical problems. Several non-mechanical issues noted below but none of them impact the safety, durability, or reliability of the vehicle.
All previous owners used it extensively on the highway, and road trip miles not NYC stop-and-go city traffic which is preferable for reliability and parts wear and tear.
Leather interior, three rows of seats — room for 8(!), tons of cargo or seating space. Perfect as a family car or load it up with your tools and convert it to a work and hauling truck.
Cosmetic exterior wear consistent with a 10-year old used vehicle.
My road trip and mountain car (previously lived in Colorado) and will be sad to see it go but can’t justify parking it in the city as a single person no longer needing the cargo space and I haven’t been using it upstate as much as I had expected.

Maintenance to be Completed
1) Parking Assist (does not beep when getting close to objects, rearview camera still works. Not a critical item at all)
2) Tire Pressure sensors and calibration (alerts drive when tires are low of air - notoriously unreliable on the vehicles I have owned regardless of make and model; it is best to replace with the next set of new tires as all four tires need to come off when this is done and it’s a lot of labor to put the sensors in the tires and calibrate the system) (not a critical item at all: you can see if your tires need air!)
3) Radio ‘band’ skips between AUX(ILLARY) and FM/AM. I am not sure what part is broken or how much the repair would be. (Not critical, depends on how much you play radio)
