    Description

    This is a 1978 North Carolina Highway Patrol license plate in very good condition and may not have been used as I do not see any marks at the bolt holes. Information obtained from ALPCA archives and also State Trooper license plate web site (thanks Norm).  This plate is solid with no extra holes and good and straight.  This is a hard plate to find.  See picture.  Buyer to pay calculated shipping, and VA sales tax IF a VA resident.
