Estate collection! Vintage dress #1129, original dress on the 1970 Grow Pretty
Francie.  (No Doll)
Dress has silver lame sleeveless top, 2 layer skirt with pink lace over pink taffeta  underskirt, with attached pink tricot shorts underneath. Two intact snaps in back, Black label Francie (see pics)
The lacy layer is a synthetic with silver threads which has not held up well over the years, has tears, but the rest of the dress is in very good shape. Could be saved by a good  seamstress, specially if you have the original doll!
Have lots of Barbie items listed, glad to combine shipping!
