BOTH REAR CHAIN BOLTS ARE GOOD. SWINGARM BEARINGS ARE NOT GUARANTEED GOOD. COMES AS PICTURED. FITS 2003-2004 YAMAHA YZ 250 2STROKE MODELS AND 03-04 YAMAHA YZ 125 MODELS.
