Onondaga County funds $1M improvements on South Salina Street, part of the aquarium horsetrade

Syracuse, N.Y. – Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon today announced the fulfillment of a promise he made two years ago in return for Legislator Charles Garland’s support for a new aquarium.
The county will pay just over $1 million for façade improvements along a 2.5-mile stretch of South Salina Street, the South Side’s long-suffering main business corridor.
